Manage social publishing connections

Social publishing uses the connected account and selected target available to the workspace. A content approval does not create a social connection.

Steps

1. Open the available Website or social connections area.
2. Choose the supported provider and connect only the approved business account.
3. Select the account or target where the workflow provides that option.
4. Use the available test action and review the connection result.
5. Return to the social post and confirm its target readiness before scheduling or publishing.

Important

Disconnecting changes the availability of future publishing. It does not retrospectively alter posts already published by the provider.

Choose the correct target

Connect only the approved business account, then select the intended page or target where ScapeOne provides that choice. Test the current connection before relying on it for an approved social post.

Understand disconnection

Disconnecting stops future publishing through that connection. It does not delete historical connection records or rewrite posts that the provider has already published.
