Integration status describes the current connection available to the workspace. Historical or superseded connection records should not be treated as a current usable connection.
What to check
- Open Settings and the relevant integration configuration.
- Open Integration Operations for the available operational status.
- Review whether the connection is current, connected and suitable for the action you need.
- Check displayed errors or provider requirements before retrying an operation.
Important
Do not assume that a saved provider account means sync or publishing is currently available.
Find the effective connection
Use the current provider configuration and Integration Operations status. Reconnected, disconnected or superseded history can remain visible for audit purposes, but it is not the connection ScapeOne will use for a new action.
Read an error before retrying
Check the provider account, displayed requirement and affected operation. A connection can be healthy for one provider action while a separate accounting, map or publishing action still needs its own setup.
