The booking record can hold operational evidence and reporting material related to the work performed.

Steps

  1. Open the booking and confirm the customer and property before adding material.
  2. Use the available photos, expenses or report area for the appropriate record.
  3. Review the description, amount, image or report content before saving.
  4. Use the available report send action only after the report is accurate for the customer.

Important

Only add material that belongs to the booking and is appropriate for the selected audience. Review customer-facing content separately from internal notes.

Choose the right audience

Keep internal expense detail and private operational notes separate from customer-visible report content. Check every photo, caption and report statement before it is included in a customer-facing document or email.

Completion and reports

Completing an in-progress booking creates or keeps the job-report workflow available as a draft. Review the report before previewing, downloading or emailing it; a saved photo or expense does not automatically make the report customer-ready.
