Use the dispatch map

The dispatch map shows the crews and jobs for the day in one view, so you can balance work and react to changes.

Before you begin

You need access to dispatch or bookings. Jobs only appear on the map when their property has a map location.

Read the map

• Switch between Today and This week, and use Filters to narrow by crew, location or status.
• Jobs are grouped as Scheduled, In progress and Completed, with Unscheduled jobs listed separately.
• Use Layers to show crews, routes, work bases and service areas.

Change the plan

1. Select a job to open it, or choose Assign crew or Reassign.
2. Use Reschedule or Change time to move it.
3. When ScapeOne suggests changes, check them under Review before applying before you confirm.

If a job is missing from the map

A job without a map location is not shown as a pin. Fix the property address so it can be placed on the map.
