Scheduling zones and work bases provide operational context for planning where the feature is available in your workspace.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and select the available scheduling zones or work bases area.
  2. Review the existing entries and their intended operational use.
  3. Add, edit or remove an entry through the available action.
  4. Save and review any booking or planning workflow that uses the updated information.

Important

Changing a zone or base does not automatically resolve an existing scheduling conflict. Review affected bookings and assignments separately.

Change operational context deliberately

Review the name, location and use of the zone or work base before saving. These settings support planning where enabled; they are not a substitute for the customer property, employee availability or booking schedule.

Check affected planning

After a material change, review the relevant new or upcoming bookings. Existing assignments and conflicts need their own review and are not automatically repaired by a zone or base change.
