Properties and visits
- Home summarises upcoming work and anything waiting on the customer.
- Properties lists each site, with its jobs and reports.
- Visits shows upcoming services, and customers can confirm an appointment or ask for a change.
Reports and photos
Reports lists completed work reports the customer can open and download. Photos shows the job photos your team has shared.
Quotes and invoices
- In Quotes, customers can accept or decline a quote, or send a question about it.
- In Invoices, customers can see what they owe and download each invoice.
Documents, requests and messages
Documents holds files shared with the customer. Requests lets them ask for extra service or update job instructions, and Messages and Contact help them reach your team.
