Luisa can work with availability only through the permissions and existing Site Visit workflow enabled for your workspace.

Before you begin

Review the existing service policies and availability configuration first. The AI Assistant permissions do not create those rules.

How to allow Site Visit booking

  1. Open AI Assistant and then Permissions.
  2. Under Louisa Voice, enable Allow Site Visit booking when this workflow is appropriate for your business.
  3. Save the permissions.
  4. Review the available appointment workflow and its safeguards before relying on it with callers.

What happens next

When enabled, Luisa may offer and confirm available Site Visit appointments. Availability can change until an appointment is confirmed.
