Calls and escalation

Troubleshoot Luisa Voice

Use the visible Voice readiness, number, hours and permission information when a caller-facing workflow is unavailable.

Start with the configuration shown in the workspace rather than changing multiple settings at once.

What to check

  1. Confirm that the Voice feature is enabled for the workspace.
  2. Check that the business number is connected and active.
  3. Review business hours and the configured after-hours behaviour.
  4. Review the specific permission needed for the requested action, such as Site Visit booking.
  5. Open call history to determine whether a call reached the Voice workflow and what outcome was recorded.

Still not working?

Keep the displayed readiness or connection information available when seeking authorised support. Do not expose provider credentials in a call record or Help article.

Match the symptom to the setting

For a number that is not answering, check Voice readiness and the connected business number. For unexpected caller handling, check business hours and routing. For a missing follow-up, check the callback notification settings and the call outcome.

When an action is unavailable

Check the specific Luisa permission and the underlying workflow state. Availability, Site Visit management, customer status and payment links each have their own safeguards, so enabling Voice alone does not make every action available.
