Luisa Voice becomes usable only when the workspace has the required Voice capability, an active connected number and the necessary configuration.

What to check

  • Open AI Assistant and the available Louisa Voice settings.
  • Review whether Voice is enabled for the workspace.
  • Confirm that the business number is connected and active.
  • Review office hours, after-hours behaviour and the permissions available to Luisa.

Common question

Saving one setting does not prove that calls can be answered. Use the readiness information shown by the workspace before directing callers to the number.

Readiness is a set of checks

Luisa needs an enabled Voice capability, an active connected business number, caller-facing settings and the permission for any requested action. A missing check is a warning that the relevant caller journey is unavailable, not an invitation to bypass it.

Before testing

Review the displayed readiness and use an approved test caller. Do not test a live customer workflow until the number, office hours, routing and privacy settings have been reviewed.
