Growth content starts as an idea or draft that should be reviewed for accuracy, business relevance and appropriate supporting evidence.

Steps

  1. Open Growth and choose the available content or idea area.
  2. Create or open an idea and review the business context, topic and available evidence.
  3. Develop the title, copy, target channel and supporting media using the controls available to your workspace.
  4. Save the draft and review it before submitting it for approval.

Important

A content draft is not automatically approved, scheduled or published. Check the current content state and the target channel readiness before taking the next action.

Use evidence responsibly

Check that the business claim, service detail, photo and customer story are accurate and approved for marketing. Keep customer, employee and private job information out of public-facing content unless the appropriate approval exists.

Choose the next workflow

A content idea can inform a blog, page or social post, but each target has its own review and publication controls. Select the intended channel and use its available draft or review path rather than assuming one approval publishes everywhere.
