Website pages are managed from the website area and may use a review step before public content changes.

Steps

  1. Open Website and select Pages.
  2. Create a page or open an existing page to edit its title, content and available search settings.
  3. Save the page and review any draft or revision created for the change.
  4. Use the available publication action only after the page is ready for the public website.

What happens next

Published pages are available through the public website according to their saved visibility and publication settings.

Save, review and publish are separate

Saving a page can create or update a revision. Review the revision status before expecting a public change. Only the available publication workflow changes the public website; an unpublished draft remains internal.
