Website media and portfolio entries should represent work accurately and be suitable for public use.

Steps

  1. Open the relevant Website media or portfolio area.
  2. Select an approved tenant asset or upload through the available media workflow.
  3. Review the title, caption, alternative text, visibility and page context available in the form.
  4. Save, then use the revision and publication workflow for any public website change.

Important

Do not use customer or job media publicly unless it is approved for that purpose. A media asset can have a separate original record and public placement.

Prepare media for the public site

Use a clear title, caption and alternative text where the form provides them. Check that the asset is accurate, licensed or approved for public use, and suitable for the page or portfolio context.

Keep the original safe

Public placement and the original tenant media record can be separate. Changing a public caption or placement should not be used to overwrite the source evidence or private media history.
